I am an Assistant Professor in the School of Data Science at The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen (CUHK-Shenzhen). Previously, I was a postdoctoral researcher at Columbia Business School, where I was hosted by Yash Kanoria. I received my Ph.D. in Operations Research from Cornell University under the supervision of David Goldberg, and my B.S. in Mathematics from Yuanpei College, Peking University.

My research is in Operations Research, focusing on the design and behavior of algorithms in stochastic systems. I am particularly drawn to problems where uncertainty, incentives, and algorithmic decisions interact, often motivated by platforms and marketplaces. These problems also motivate broader questions in theoretical computer science, economics, and statistics. My work spans bandit and online learning, online resource allocation, optimal stopping, dynamic matching, and mechanism design.
